Sam Chang is a native Texan and Partner at Henry S. Miller Brokerage in Houston, specializing in office and industrial real estate. His expertise includes tenant and buyer representation, build-to-suit development, property disposition, investment sales, and corporate relocations.

Over his career, Sam has been a top producer, completing millions of square feet in transactions. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, he has worked with local, national, and international businesses. With a strong background in logistics, statistical modeling, underwriting, and debt financing, he provides clients with the insight needed to evaluate and implement strategic business plans.

A U.S. Army Infantry veteran, Sam holds a BBA in Finance and a BS in Economics from the University of Houston and has earned both the CCIM and SIOR professional designations.
