Lukasz Skowronski is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with 19 years of international experience across Central Asia, Central and Southeastern Europe, with a strong track record in both institutional and private equity real estate markets.
Beginning his real estate career in 2006, Lukasz has built a reputation as a strategic thinker and results-driven leader, with expertise spanning the full spectrum of commercial property disciplines: office leasing, asset and property management, corporate real estate, investment sales, brokerage and portfolio repositioning.
Since joining the Verny Capital Group in 2012, Lukasz has played a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s commercial real estate portfolio. As CEO of Global Development since 2015, he oversees the strategic and operational performance of flagship assets such as Talan Towers and Park View Office Tower. Under his leadership, these properties have become recognized market benchmarks for sustainability, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance in the Central Asian office sector.
Lukasz holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, with a specialization in Real Estate Management and Investment, from the Cracow University of Economics.

• FRICS (Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) – awarded in 2019 as the youngest Fellow in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS
