Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Psychology degrees from Shorter University, Rome, Georgia and Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia, respectively.  He is also a former BOMA Georgia President, IREM (Atlanta) Vice President of Finance, BOMI and National Real Estate Standards instructor, OSHA Certified, holds a CPM® (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation, and multiple broker licenses (Georgia, North Carolina and Oklahoma).
