Will has been in Commercial Real Estate for four years now, after an established career in sports.
As a Baylor freshman, he worked for Coach Scott Drew as a student manager for the basketball team because he wanted to be in the business of sports. With the subsequent training, mentorship, education, and experience, Will was able to work at a high level in college athletics.
He was able to use the economic power and draw of sports to improve the community that means so much to him.
Much like when he brokered the deal for Ironman 70.3 to leave Austin and relocate to Waco, Will has used the skills he learned through a long career in sports to achieve similar positive outcomes for his clients in commercial real estate. He has closed over $12,000,000+ in transactions including leasing and investment sales in retail, land and industrial in 2022 and 2023. He has been a Top 10 producer companywide two years in a row and in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker Commercial agents nationwide in 2023 earning him the prestigious Circle of Distinction.
The Lubbock, Texas native has lived in Waco since 2015 and resides in Woodway with his wife Gwen who is a Registered Nurse at Waco Cardiology and their two daughters, Laney and Riley.
