Landlord & Tenant Representation:  In addition to representing national and international clients, I have many relationships with regional and local tenants.  This gives me extensive knowledge of both sides of commercial representation.

Investment Sales:  I am a CCIM so I love numbers.  I do exceedingly well in the investment sales category.  My local development and construction contacts provide me with unparalleled access to investment properties before they hit the market.  I can also assist with the analytical process.

Originally a Sacramento, CA native, I have lived in the Las Vegas area since 2013 and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a BSBA in Real Estate & Urban Economics.  I have witnessed firsthand the changes that occurred in the Las Vegas area over the last 10+ years which have affected the commercial real estate market. I believe it's the lasting friendships and relationships that help me achieve my clients goals.  Knowing the right questions to ask is only as good as knowing the right people to ask.  In addition to my work, I am the Chair of the Programs Committee for the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter.
