Carrie Cole, Commercial Division Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty Inc., leads the group of Commercial Real Estate Agents and serves as the liaison within Coldwell Banker Commercial Property Management, overseeing both the Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Departments. 

Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty, Carrie spent her life applying her nurturing and entrepreneurial spirit to the issues and opportunities facing her local community. According to Carrie, “We all have the ability to step in and make an improvement within our communities.”   It was Carrie’s “take-charge, create and succeed” attitude that gained the attention of Broker/Owner, Carlene Alfonso. After only three short years in the business, Carrie was able to master residential real estate sales. In the first six months of 2018, Carrie completed the first half of the required courses to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a feat that has taken other more seasoned commercial agents up to 10 years to complete. 

Admired as a well-respected Gulfport philanthropist, Carrie is a veteran at motivating people and organizations to work together, with numerous earned distinctions of coordinating successful charitable events. Although she was born in Minnesota, very early Carrie realized she was destined to travel. After exploring Europe and Hawaii, she moved to Gulfport, MS through family connections. 

In 2015, Carrie joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty, not only because of their #1 sales ranking locally and nationally but also because the culture is synonymous with hers. The high-level practice of business ethics and integrity is apparent within the local offices and unmistakably within the national Coldwell Banker brand, which has earned them, for the 7th year in a row, the title of one of the “world’s most ethical companies.” 

Carrie plans to continue guiding the Coldwell Banker Commercial Division of South Mississippi to remain the “go to” leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She will continue to foster the uncompromising integrity while tenaciously protecting clients’ interests through savvy negotiations and cutting-edge marketing strategies.
