Susan Annoura is owner/broker of Annoura Realty Group LLC, a full service real estate brokerage specializing in Japanese buyer/tenant representation. A native of Houston, TX, Susan lived in Fukuoka, Japan for 14 years in Fukuoka, Japan, where she studied at Seinan Gakuin University and worked as a radio personality on Love FM 76.1 hosting 8 different radio programs. After settling back in Houston and working for a major brokerage in Chinatown, Susan opened her real estate company in 2010. Annoura Realty Group is the leading real estate company serving the Japanese expat community with housing. They are also responsible for representing Seiwa Market, Houston's largest Japanese supermarket, to open their first location in Texas. In 2016, Susan partnerered with two Japanese private equity investors to purchase nearly 100 income producing properties, sold all to Japanese investors, and are now managed by Annoura Realty Group.
