Charles is the Principal of InnoVista Realty. Charles is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and General Certified Commercial Appraiser. He holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an SR/WA designation from the International Right-of-Way Association. Charles is an active member of the Appraisal Institute, and International Council Shopping Center (ICSC). Charles holds an MBA from the University of LaVerne with a dual concentration in Finance & Leadership and Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. He is a recipient of 2016 The ICSC Foundation John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship.
