I am a 25+ year veteran of the commercial investment real estate industry, and have spent my career growing, developing, managing, and optimizing commercial investment real estate. I am an active Texas real estate broker specializing in STNL and value add investment properties with specific interest in multi-family and retail properties, construction, and development.
Additionally, I volunteer my time to help other commercial real estate professionals in their pursuit of the pin and the CCIM Designation. I have served in various positions at the local and national level of the CCIM Institute and can also be found educating the next generation of CRE industry professionals at the University of Texas at El Paso.
