Antoine came to real estate from a corporate career in the computer industry. Working in International Sales and Marketing in the United States and abroad. Gaining business knowledge all along the way, he eventually became partner and ran a computer and telecommunications company in Kuwait and another Computer Software company in the San Francisco Bay area, and a Computing and telecommunication company in Los Angeles.
Antoine came to the United States to attend college. He graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a BS degree in Electronics Engineering then went on to earn an MS degree in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Antoine also earned an MBA degree from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in their executive management and finance program. Following his education, Antoine decided to stay in the US and make it his permanent home. Married to Malak Hakim Antoine and his wife have a son Michael and a daughter Maya. He has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1966 and of Cerritos since 1978.

After owning and operating a small Realty World franchise brokerage firm with several real estate agents, Antoine went on to be the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of an international group of companies “The Lidas Group” owned by foreign investors and based in Century City for ten years. Antoine handled a diverse range of issues and transactions, including interfacing with overseas trust companies and doing all federal and state compliance documents and acquiring and managing a shopping center, an office building and several multifamily Condos from property management to tenant leasings and acquisition and disposition of properties. After the owners of the Lidas group of companies decided to leave the United States, Antoine placed their holdings on the market and within two years sold all their properties.
After speaking with and considering several Commercial brokerage firms, Antoine eventually decided to join the newly formed team at Keller Williams Commercial in Newport Beach.
Keller Williams was the right fit for Antoine at this stage in his career for many reasons at the top of the list is the culture and team spirit at Keller Williams and the rapidly growing North American network of commercial agents that KW was attracting. Also the referral network from residential agents, the commission structure, and the profit sharing opportunity were other aspects of KW that attracted Antoine to the team.
Antoine is a team player and knows how to leverage multiple levels of expertise and is excited to break out of the competitiveness that characterizes commercial brokers, and is ready to be a team player and will thrive to become the “commercial go to person” in the Keller Williams office.
