Bob has been active in the St. Louis Metro East and Southern Illinois real estate community since 1991. Prior experience in construction management, real estate appraisal, finance, investment properties, and property management gives him a broad and balanced perspective when working with his brokerage clients. He has been providing commercial-industrial-investment real estate brokerage services since 2002. Bob’s primary focus has been in the marketing of investment properties including multifamily, retail and office properties, marketing vacant land for development, and marketing of church properties.
