Craig Blorstad, CCIM is the CFO for WS Property Group, having developed and directly managed over 80 separate entities with more than $200 million in owned commercial assets. WS Property Group is a real estate development firm that specializes in investment and consulting services, commercial development, market research, and property management. Experience includes oversight of the accounting and finance effects for asset syndications of a Fortune 500 company and its affiliates. He also specialized in private syndications for entities in the Washington D.C. market. He earned his CCIM designation in 2001. He was the 2005 Indiana Chapter President, and past District 5 Board member for the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been active on many institute national committees and task forces, serving as the Audit Committee Chairman in 2007 and 2008, while also participating with the Structural Governance Task Force and the Reserve Policy Task Force. Blorstad has served on the Budget Committee 15 of the last 16 years and served as CCIM Institute Treasurer in 2010, 2012, and 2014. He has directly served on three management teams under six EVP/CEOs and three CFOs.
