With over 40-years of continuous experience in the real estate profession, Mr. Hanson has developed a reputation as a leading authority in the commercial real estate brokerage, due diligence, financial underwriting, and other related services. Hanson is a Past President of the Appraisal Institute and in addition to the CCIM designation, he is also a CRE and an MAI.
Hanson has qualified as an real estate expert in the Delaware Court of Chancery, U.S. Federal Tax Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Federal Court, and in almost twenty state courts located throughout Florida and Washington.
Hanson is an honors graduate from the University of Florida, with degrees in Real Estate and Urban Economics, and Architecture. He earned a Master's Degree from the University of South Florida with a major in Florida Studies. During late-2018, Mr. Hanson entered Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, where he is a postgraduate student majoring in American History.
