growing influence impacts real estate agents in a wide variety of ways – highly engaging sales
meetings, consistent pursuit of #worlddom, and purveyor of the juicy goodness.
Charlie has overseen more than 20,000 transaction sides in the last 7 years and works daily to
help agents grow a prosperous business while simultaneously balancing — and loving — their
personal lives.
Charlie is forthright in his appreciation of the employee partners at RE/MAX ONE and his
incredible family, acknowledging that he would be nowhere without their world-class support.
The 160 real estate agents at RE/MAX ONE average 23 transactions a year. Their productivity
ranks the company #9 in the USA of all real estate companies. Based in Beaumont, RE/MAX
ONE also has locations in Nederland, Orange County and Mont Belvieu.
Although Charlie has removed himself from most nonprofit boards in order to focus on growing
the RE/MAX ONE Business, he does currently serve as Chairman of the Southeast Texas
Economic Development Foundation.
His time spent there was focused on growing business through SBA 504 lending, regional economic
development initiatives, natural disaster loan programs, and managing the City of Beaumont
revolving loan program. All of these programs centered on growing Southeast Texas, creating
jobs, and growing the community and its participants.
Charlie is married to Blair and they have two children Jay (16) and Sarah (15).
