OVERALL: Real Estate has been a part of my life since childhood, with family all around me in Real Estate. I have had a license and worked in many different capacities since out of college. I simultaneously worked Real Estate with other fulltime career positions and a third business as well. In 2006 started my own brokerage and have stayed a broker and associate broker since that year. Currently President of newly expanded RLI MID ATLANTIC CHAPTER.
I have been involved in LAND, and that leads me to many residential development deals which are considered commercial. I also continue to seek out and to assist in small commercial projects. With the coveted ALC designation, I also qualify for fast-tracking for a CCIM designation which I am currently pursuing and have completed courses, final exam is forthcoming. Timing is right and I am looking forward to the extensive education!
