2. 2.  Development and Construction:  I have developed and constructed from the ground up industrial, office retail and single tenants.  I am familiar with the civil engineering and architectural process, as well as bidding and construction management.
3. 3.  Investment Sales:  I'm a CCIM so I love numbers.  I do exceedingly well in the investment sales category.  My local development and construction contacts provides me with unparrelled access to investment properties before they hit the market.  I can also assist with the analytical process.
