Since 1981 I have been involved in all aspects of commercial-investment real estate marketing and decision-making.
I've assisted with corporate site selection, bank-owned property disposition, investor decision-making and many aspects of investment and property value-enhancement.
I have also participated as a principal in a variety of commercial-investment ventures and have a comprehensive understanding of what it is like to walk in the shoes of a commercial property investor.
My completed assignments have included exclusive leasing representation (landlord and tenant), exclusive buyer and seller representation, consultancy and expert witness work in litigation support and commercial "Broker Price Opinions" for a number of lenders.
