Neil Kilian, SIOR, CCIM joined NAI Emory Hill Real Estate Services in 1998 where he has completed in excess of 800 leasing and sale transactions and currently leads the Brokerage Division as the Managing Director. Neil’s specialties include: acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, development, and advisory and consulting services. His experience spans local, regional, national and international markets, with a focus in the mid-Atlantic region.
Neil employs a process driven and client-centric approach to ensure the best possible solutions for all of his client’s short and long term needs.

Husband and father of two teenagers.
With a work hard, play hard mentality, Neil spends his free time hunting and fishing (Local waters, Canada, Mexico, BVIs - there isn’t a place Neil won’t fish!). Neil is passionate about time with his family and also enjoys; travel, tennis, paddle tennis, golf, mountain biking, music, reading, movies, and grilling.
