Nick Abbott has made an impact in the Sonoma County commercial real estate market since beginning his career in 2002. Nick provides both sales and leasing services for property owners and tenants alike, handling nearly $200M in deal volume over the course of his career. Predominately focused on the Sonoma County market, Nick has sold property for a local municipalities, helped investors through the 1031 exchange process and assisted numerous lenders with the disposition of their REO property during the 08’ financial downturn. 2019 saw an exceptionally involved year with approximately $51.5M in gross sales and leasing in that fiscal year alone. In addition to brokerage work, Nick has spent years assisting clients with various entitlement work ranging from CUP’s, to rezoning and multifamily approvals. Through his experience with various entitlement projects, Nick has developed an understanding of how to navigate the planning process and has developed a tremendous relationship with City of Santa Rosa planning and building department staff.
