Keith Andrews CCIM joined the new eXp Commercial global company in November 2020, their first licensee. He is a senior advisor and mentor for eXp Commercial, which has already seen exponential growth through May 2022, currently number eleven on the planet.  He continues to interject the visions of a new virtual, technically advanced way of doing business in the commercial real estate profession.  He provides a conduit for national and global real estate investors into local tertiary markets served in AL, TN, GA, FL, and the Carolinas, all of the Southeast US.  He connects Institutional and individual investors to in-house and third-party asset class experts, geographic sub-market specialists, municipalities, and local investor communities.  Previously, a founding franchisee of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates (Sperry CGA,) 4 years. 

 In October of 2014, Keith earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM) designation.
