Chris started his career in 2003 working for a local development company where he gained experience in property development, management, financing, leasing, sales and commercial brokerage; after working for a couple of developers he branched out on his own to buy apartment complexes for renovation. In 2013 he received his WA real brokerage license and ran the Commercial Division of Windermere in the Spokane area. By March 2022, he felt it was time to start a boutique brokerage and development company; and Bornhoft Commercial / Developments was born.
Chris earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2015, and is a commercial real estate investor himself. He has walked in his clients’ shoes, knows every aspect of the commercial real estate business, and has a passion for what he does.
