Chad Benton, MAI CCIM is a Senior Managing Director with Valbridge Property Advisors. He is responsible for providing real estate valuation and advisory services covering a wide variety of properties for lending institutions, governmental agencies, condemning authorities, and individual clients. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions, marinas, and other special purpose properties.

Chad has 30 years of diversified real estate valuation and consulting experience. Assignments have included all general property types and special purpose properties. Assignments were completed for transaction and litigation support, underwriting, financing, portfolio analysis, asset monitoring, condemnation, and estate taxation. 

Mr. Benton is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation of the CCIM Institute. He is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee and Georgia.

Chad is a Tennessee Registered Agent responsible for assisting clients with property tax appeals, real estate tax strategy, and representation with tax assessors throughout the state.
