Property Management Consultant – Sole Proprietor May 2021 to Current Asset management of commercial portfolios for clients. Management includes management of designated property portfolios,
onboarding new properties, overseeing all service contracts, construction management, bidding, accounting and budget preparation and management, accounting reports. Oversee and mentor portfolio team.
Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (San Diego, CA) – Portfolio Manager June 2019 – January 2021 Asset Management of industrial commercial properties for Owners throughout Southern California. Management of close to 1 million sq ft and over 250 tenants.
- Onboarding newly acquired properties. Management of building and property operations, negotiate vendor service contracts, property condition assessments / inspections, capital expenditure, and tenant improvement projects.
- Work with leasing and outside brokers on move in/out facilitation; visit with tenants.
- Accounting/Reporting – Aged Receivables, Late Fee, Watchlist, Accruals, Rent Ups, Variance and Construction in Progress.
