Professional Profile
I have practiced commercial brokerage exclusively in central Virginia for the past 18 years. My focus is finding strong income producing investment properties for my clients throughout the US. Prior to entering the real estate field, I served as the Executive Director of the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. While there, I spearheaded the capital campaign as well as oversaw design and construction of the new $20,000,000 animal shelter facility for Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
Having been involved in commercial property transactions from virtually every perspective, as landlord, tenant, investor, developer and Broker, I have the knowledge and experience to meet and exceed my clients’ expectations.
Active in local non-profits, I serve on the Executive board of the Albemarle County Police Foundation, the Political Affairs Group for the Charlottesville-Albemarle Association of Realtors and the Board of the North Charlottesville Business Council. I continue to be a huge animal advocate.
I have been a resident of Charlottesville, VA since 1986, am married and have two grown sons and three grandchildren.
