Professional Profile
Bill started his real estate career in 1995 and has been active ever since in sales, leasing and
investments. Bill joined the Andretta team in 2006 and focuses on ofce and industrial
properties along with vacant land in Central Florida representing both buyers, owners, tenants
and landlords. Bill also has a background in risk management.
Bill has been in Tampa since 1983. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1998
with a BA degree having majored in Finance. He has volunteered including: Davis Islands Civic
Association Board, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay and is also a member of
the University of South Florida Alumni Association. Bill resides in Tampa Bay with his wife and
four children.
