Adrian Arriaga, CCIM, CIPS Broker at Sperry — Arriaga Group and was Broker/Owner of AAA Real Estate in McAllen, Texas since 1981. He represents investors from Mexico and China in Texas. He has also been successful in assisting American companies relocating to Mexico. He has served as REALTOR® of Record for several national U.S. companies, including COSTCO, GE Capital, CVS, and Chase Banks in South Texas.
Arriaga’s expertise is working with foreign investors looking to invest in Texas and Mexico. He has done work in the EB5 immigration visa program as well as additional immigration programs available to foreign investors. His vast experience in commercial Real Estate includes involvement with the Texas 380 Agreements that offer tax incentives for commercial projects as well as housing tax credits.
Arriaga was appointed by the Governor in 2007 to the Texas Real Estate Commission, and served for 12 years as vice chair. He received both a BA & MA in Political Science from Texas A&M University. Adrian served as Captain in the US Army. Adrian a REALTOR® Emeritus has been active on the CCIM Board of Directors & Executive Committee over the past 25 years. He is a former C101 instructor and has chaired six national committees.
