Keith Bandoni is a Sr. Vice President and Partner in the Albuquerque, NM office. An Albuquerque native, having practiced commercial real estate since 1999, my focus has been primarily in office sales and leasing, site selection, land acquisition, and investment sales. I enjoy learning about the client’s business and being a part of their real estate team. Be it advising tenants, property owners, or investors, I look for opportunities to create value utilizing various analytical skills and analysis.
As a trusted advisor and CCIM, I have built solid and professional relationships with high profile and credit worthy companies including medical practitioners, law firms, business service companies, developers, and property owners. With an enthusiastic approach, I enjoy assembling a full-service team including architects, contractors, land developers, attorneys, and property management if warranted.
