Paul has been a member of the KRG team since 1997, offering clients his in-depth knowledge of the central Ohio office, investment, retail and industrial marketplaces. His unique breadth of experience includes site acquisition, disposal, tenant representation, development and investment, and he regularly shares that expertise with governmental entities, Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profits.
He’s a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Ohio and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Columbus Board of Realtors.
Paul is committed to the community both personally and professionally. He currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of First City Bank, The Mirolo Charitable Foundation, and ECDI. Formerly a member of the board of directors for Columbus Housing Partnership and National Church Residences.
His considerable contributions have been recognized with the Heritage Award for Caring from Heritage Day Health Centers, and the CI Volunteer Service Award and the 1031 Exchange Award from the Columbus Board of Realtors. Paul lives in Upper Arlington with his wife and 4 children.
