Leil Koch is President and CEO of Equity One Real Estate, Inc., with three offices on Maui:
Lahaina, Pukalani, Makawao. A 40?year commercial & residential real estate veteran,
he has been involved in the real estate industry since 1981. He also holds the CCIM (Certified
Commercial Investment Member) designation, the CIPS (Certified International Property
Specialist), CPM (Certified Property Manager), CRB (Certified Residential Broker), and MRICS
(Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) designations. Koch also was awarded
the Hawaii Association of Realtors – Realtor of the Year – for 2010, and the Hawaii CCIM
Chapter Member of the Year in 2006.
Leil Koch was the 2012 National CCIM Institute President, the 46th President of the Institute
and the first CCIM national officer to hail from Hawaii. CCIM Institute is a global organization
with 14,000 commercial real estate members. Koch was also the President of the Hawaii
Association of Realtors in 2000. Currently Leil is Past President of the CCIM Instititute.
Leil has been approved by both the First and the Second Circuit Courts of Hawaii as a
Commissioner / Receiver. He has acted in this capacity for warehouse, shopping center, office
and industrial land properties.
