VEAR Commercial Properties represent clients and businesses throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts with a primary market focus on the greater Nashua region. Their area of specialty focuses on the marketing and disposition of industrial, office and investment properties for either sale or lease.
Brad is active with several civic/nonprofit agencies; is a commissioner on Nashua’s Business & Industry Authority, two terms on the Amherst Planning Board, commissioner on the Nashua Regional Planning Commission. Some of his local business associations include the NH Commercial Industrial Board of Realtors, NH Economic Development Association, Associated Builders & Contractors, NH Business and Industry Association (BIA), Nashua Chamber of Commerce, and the Nashua Rotary. He is past president of the New England CCIM Chapter and the Manchester Airpark Association.
