I spent the first 15 years of my career as a real estate expert at the General Services Administration (GSA) and the U.S. Navy as a Civilian Real Estate Specialist. Given my expertise in GSA Leasing, I now serve the private real estate market in several capacities. I serve as a broker / consultant for GSA lease transactions through my company, Arco Real Estate Solutions. I serve on the Board of Directors at the National Federal Development Association (NFDA). I founded the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NFDA. And finally, I am an instructor that trains Federal Employees how to perform Government Lease Acquisition.
