Carmen is a commercial real estate consultant with the analytical and financial skills necessary to maximize transaction returns through the development and execution of representation contracts, purchase/sales agreements, closing statements, and leases in Puerto Rico.

In a career that began as a mechanical engineer, Carmen developed her love for commercial real estate after seeing the interconnectedness of Siemens's (her former employer) diverse array of facilities throughout Europe and other markets. Her interest in the real asset industry fully materialized when she transitioned out of engineering work as a way of balancing work with family life.

Carmen has ample experience with property management of Class A facilities as well as full-service leases for federal agencies.

Today Carmen acts as a team connector and a facilitator who turns ideas into viable projects through methodical financial analysis and negotiations that consider all stakeholders while championing her clients' interests.
