Professional Profile

Kimberly Baker, CCIM, received her CCIM designation in 2004 at the CCIM exam in Charlotte after beginning the course requirements in 2002. Her career in real estate began in 1978 before she graduated from high school with summer employment at a real estate office. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Murray State University which she completed while parenting three young children. Since 1999, managing Baker Commercial Real Estate has been a natural fit for her skillset and relationship development interests. Along with managing the brokerage, Baker also managed a portfolio of investments valued at $3 to $4 million. Her work resume includes Banking and UPS Worldwide Logistics/Accounting. In 2017, she was a member of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development class where relationships formed and are still challenging her to be at her professional best. Currently, she serves as the secretary of the CCIM Foundation Board and chairman of the scholarship committee. She is the 2020 Kentucky CCIM Chapter President and Region 7 RVP for 2021.
