Adrian Arriaga, CCIM, CIPS Broker at Sperry — Arriaga Group was Owner of AAA Real Estate in McAllen, TX since 1981.   He represents investors from Mexico & Texas. He has been successful in assisting American companies relocating into Mexico.  He has served as Realtor® of Record for several national companies, including: COSTCO, GE Capital, CVS and Chase Banks in South Texas. 

Adrian’s expertise is working with Foreign Investors looking to invest in Texas & Mexico.   He has done work in the EB5 Immigration visa program as well as additional immigration programs available to foreign investors. His vast experience in commercial Real Estate includes involvement with the Texas 380 Agreements that offer Tax Incentives for Commercial Projects as well as Housing Tax Credits. 

Adrian was appointed by the Governor in 2007 to the Texas Real Estate Commission & served 12 years as Vice Chair. He received both a BA & MA in Political Science from Texas A&M University. Adrian served as Captain in the US Army.

Adrian a Realtor Emeritus has been active on the CCIM BOD & Executive Committee for over 25 years. He is a former CCIM 101 Instructor & Chaired six National Committees.
