Peter enjoyed an 11-year career as an executive and asset manager with one of the largest developers and landlords of office buildings and multifamily properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. Since joining the company, he has been instrumental in turning around twenty-six non-performing high-rise office buildings and has personally leased over 2 million square feet of commercial space.
 
 Peter has been in real estate since college and has helped numerous clients invest in properties yielding large profits. He has been personally investing in multi-family properties over the years and syndicates value-add properties to either flip or hold and also has experience with the development of residential homes from ground up. He had operated a full-service real estate brokerage as owner-broker for over ten years prior to joining the publicly traded brokerage eXp Commercial to tap onto a global network. With his wealth of knowledge, he mentors and supports his 120 real estate professionals within his revenue share organization.  He also operates a property management company accounting for over 500 residential units and half a million square feet of commercial space. 

He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a highly coveted designation in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, a highly coveted designation in the disciplines of asset and property management. In addition, he is a licensed general contractor with many years of construction supervision with tenant improvements and remodeling of homes. 
 
 Peter has heightened his industry profile by appearing as an international panel speaker at the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) National Conferences, publishing real estate articles in the Korean local paper and being featured as a Rising Star by Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine, serving as President for the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter and serving as the President of the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California and as the President of Korean Federation of North Los Angeles.
 
 Peter received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA. Peter was born in South Korea and had the fortune of living in Argentina where he picked up his Spanish prior to settling in the US.
