Eddy Ho currently serves as a Senior Broker Associate at Re/Max Premier Properties in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area and is frequently recognized as one of the most successful Commercial/Residential real estate brokers in Southern California achieving over 2 billion dollars in total sales transaction volume of 2018. Prior to his transition into facilitating investment sales for his clients, Eddy began his career in commercial real estate as a Principal/Investor by managing and developing numerous projects for various partnerships in the span of 20+ years.
In the early part of 2002, he decided to join Coldwell Banker George Realty and was immediately recognized as a valuable asset with his accomplishments in providing quality service and encyclopedic knowledge in the commercial real estate realm. Throughout his tenure at Coldwell Banker, Eddy was honored and acknowledged with the Presidential Elite Circle award and was the top 1% of 400+ George Realty agents in 2007. Eddy’s recognition continued in 2012, 2103 & 2014 as the top 2% producing agent consistently achieving sales in the metropolitan submarket of Los Angeles area.
Eddy continued his education throughout the years by obtaining his Graduate Realtor Institution (GRI) Designation in 2003. After assisting his clients in numerous acquisitions and depositions of retail, land, warehouse, and multifamily investment properties, Eddy obtained another outstanding designation, the Designee of Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) title that is regarded as one of the most prestigious titles in commercial real estate, recognized worldwide. In 2009 he furthered his education by completing his Emergent Broker Training (EBT) of commercial properties, a program offered by Coldwell Banker Commercial University and Platinum Series of Commercial training in 2010. In addition, he obtained his Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and finished a certification for Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) in the following years. In 2016, he obtained his designation of Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), and in 2017 he worked on his designee on the CCIM Development program.
By expanding his acumen, Eddy has maintained a solid understanding and knowledge of the current residential/commercial real estate business trends and continues to assist his clients in making wise decisions regarding their real estate investments. In 2015, he made a strategic move to Re/Max Premier Propertiesin Pasadena expanding his resources and relationships throughout Southern California. After finishing his project at Atlantic Times Square in the city of Monterey Park with 210 units of condos and 220, 000 sq. ft. of retail space, he has put his efforts into developing and leasing the 180 units apartment complex at the Brookhurst Place in Garden Grove. Upon reaching 99% of occupancy in August of 2021, he then moved on to help and advice his clients in acquisition and disposition of their investment properties as well as leasing warehouses, offices, and retail spaces to those in need within Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County.
